In this post on Dare2Talk, we discuss mindfulness and just being without judgment. We must take time to practice non-judgment and non-action and recognize that our feelings are there for a reason. Sometimes it is nice to step away and go for a mindful walk, do some yoga, or take a moment and sit with ourselves in the quiet.
